The horse breeding farm is an immersive experience that combines the pleasure of being in contact with nature, a passion for horses and the welcoming atmosphere of the villa. Every detail is taken care of with dedication to offer a stay that leaves its mark.
We have large paddocks where horses can graze freely. The stalls are spacious and well ventilated, ensuring maximum comfort and well-being for our noble animals. Each horse is cared for with the utmost attention, with personalised feeding programmes and high-level veterinary care.

With its 35 meters in length, the pool offers an ample space for swimming, cooling down and enjoying the sun surrounded by Tuscia’s pristine nature. Framed by lush gardens and aromatic plants, the pool will by your haven of tranquillity and peace.

Our four double rooms with en-suite bathroom will receive you in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every room was furnished with taste and a lot attention to details, with elegant furnishings and relaxing colors carefully selected to create a comfortable and pleasant environment.
